Happy St Patricks Day!

Happy st pat day to you all! wheee, please do not ask me what is the history behind this day. Ha, i have zero idea man. well, i saw this mail that was sent out to all students regarding st patricks day. apparently, its stated that its some fella by name of patrick managed to 'clear' ireland of snakes. Hence, he was given a saint title and being worship by people. hmm, do you guys sense something fishy about this story? i think its DAMN lame! ha, if its true den i would have nothing to say. Conclusion, the world is weird.

Thankfully, today is a public holiday! haha, meaning i do not have classes! Oh ya, i saw this parade from my room! wahhaa, i did not need to squeeze with those people man! haha, i was like, wow the parade reminds me of the chin gay (not really sure about the spelling) parade. LOL, was hoping to see lou han but dont have. how sad man! haha. got worm though -_- or could it be snake -_- ok im not sure, it looked like a caterpillar to me! haha.

Memories!

I was kind of tired so i decided to surf youtube for some nice songs. Decided to click on one of jay's song, that is 枫！ ha, i suppose to many of us this song rings a bell ba? haha. well, kinda make me remember joesph man. haha, right ken? we use to always sing this song and KO at the last part! haha, those were the days man. haha.



this is the mv! haha, really nice song man. to be honest, i did not really appreciate the mv in the past! its till today when i actually focus on the mv and the lyrics of the song, i realised that the lyrics became so much more meaningful! haha. oh man, damn gan dong man when i was watching this mv. moreover, jay is so shuai in this MV! wahahha. he rocks!

hmm, in the mv, jay was so ke lian man. he has to endure seeing the gal he love and his best friend together! oh my tian, haha, its so scary man. when i was reading the reply of some people, they actually said that this 'story' happens in real life too. omg, i was wondering what would i do if i were in jay's shoe man. haha. i would definitely not meet up with the both of them! haha. i suppose it will hurt too much ba! ha. okay, i seem so weak!! i bet most of you guys will do the same thing too! :p

was suppose to go to this international night performace today de. its at 7 but i dont think im going ba. reason being all my friends are acting and i would be ALONE. oh man, therefore i bought a tix (cheap cheap 5 euros) to support them! haha. in addition, i sent ji ji a msg and wished him good luck! haha, i suppose thats all i can do ba. haha. i wonder when i would get back into doing drama stuff again man, its really fun man. in fact, i love speech and drama!!! whaham maybe i will participate in another play next time if there is a chance ba. or should i say if i have the time to. ha. im feeling kinda bad though. argh~ have to remove those unnecessary emotions!

Today, i attended the memorial service for the cadavers. I know it may sound lame but its something that all medical school around the world practice. Im not sure about NUS though, but i assume they do too as it a form of respect.

To me, my cadaver is my first patient! Through dissecting her body, i managed to learn so much more that a book can teach. Its always better to look at something 'live' rather than looking at pictures of books i suppose. I am really thankful for the person and her love ones whose sacrifice serve as a stepping stone to yield better medical students! Once again, thank you very much though our path has never crossed before.

Todays memorial service was kind of weird i suppose. Probably its the venue where it is held ba, i kept having 鸡皮疙瘩！Oh well, that time when i went to miss D wedding ceremony, i also had the same feeling, haha. i think i am overly sensitive le. ><

Another thing about the memorial service is that the family members of the cadavers were invited too. Some of them were really old man. However, i saw many kids too! Isnt it really sad for them to be reminded that some one they really love is no longer by their side? hmm, it sure takes a lot of courage to attend this memorial service i suppose. When the speeches were given by the medical students, i saw some of the family members tearing and all. I do not know how to express those feelings i had that point in time... sad?... i suppose sad is an understatement ba.

After the memorial service, there was this function which allows us to interact with the family members. While i was queuing for my coffe and cookie (the cookie is damn nice lah! i had 2 wanted to take one more de but pai seh! haha i know im a pig~), a lady who is quite old walked up to me and had a chat with me. she asked me one qeustion ' young man, would you donate your body too?' That question really caught me off guard. At that point in time, the correct answer would be a YES I WILL. however, deep down inside me im not certain... in fact, i dont really think i would. im sorry but i lied.

Its probably due to the fact that its just a chinese tradition ba. to die with your 'whole' body! i dont think i am that noble ba, at least not yet. till the day where i am able to remove that mindset or that selfishness of mine, den would i donate my body. however, should i meet with an accident (choy) and some fella requires my organ, i would definitely donate it. BUT i must be CONFIRM dying or something lah, or not i will become ghost and haunt the doctor man! haha.

hmm, i think the cadavers have been removed form the anatomy room le. looks like last tuesday was really my last meeting with granny. its kinda sad man! i have been seeing her twice a week man, now the room would be so empty ><

anyway, thank you granny for your body! I promise that i will put what i learn from you into good use! hope you will rest in peace and god bless!

I was suppose to post this a few days ago but just did not have the time to blog! haha, happy 10 months and 3 days! wheee, haha, time past really quickly yea?! haha, thanks for everything you have done for the past months! hehe, really appreciate it! sorry for being so much busier this semester yea? hmm, read about the NTU incident. oh my tian, its so scary! haha, its like apparently his results are still above average lah! i think the lecturer too XIA LAN le, haha thats why he buay tong liao. HIMBO ME!!

omg! i did something unforgivable today! Its all because of me being greedy! i am feeling damn guilty now man, and i am so pai seh! omg, himbo bimbo me!

What happened? this is the story:

As it was time for my dessert, which is the sumptuously smooth organic yogurt! The name itself sounds damn zai le right?! As i was totally into eating the yogurt, i left my room and headed for the kitchen. Me, being stupid as usual, did not notice that the kitchen door is closed. usually its left open de. I think hunger overwhelmed me, thats why i just open the door which was an obstacle to me obtaining my GODLY yogurt.

To my surprise, i saw my hostel mate and his gf kissing! I was so stunned by it lah! i swear i stared blankly for at least 5 seconds! oh my tian, its until den i realised that i was in a very awkward situation! If my brain was more zai, i would not have stone for 5 seconds doing nothing! i wanted to say sorry de but decided to take my yogut and siam!

ARGH~ i am still feeling so himbo now as i am typing this entry~ himbo-ness is overwhelming me!!! its the curse of the yogut!!! but it tasted damn good though, and most importantly its on offer! whee~ haha.

ok, im feeling more leng jing now. faints~ why does such lame stuff always happen to me -_-

hmmm, here is my humble advice yea? there are many things which are really beyond our control dude. Everyone definitely hope that things will work out the way they planned it, but that does not always happen. 天才都会有感到害怕的时候！ In short, the world is never perfect.

I know that it seems that its your responsibility to carry out what your parents planned. However, i believe that they have everything planned and all so you dont have to worry yea? Anyway, its not like the issue will happen any time soon, so you still have lots of time to actually try to ease the burden of your parents!

hmmm, anyway, i believe that your parents did not purposely want to make you stress or upset yea? I believe they view you as a young adult, hence they decided to tell you what they have in mind. You being upset and stressed over it is definitly the last thing they want you to feel yea? haha. You are zai de, so i decided to keep this post short.

what ever it is, you still have time. its good that you know what they wanna do as you can start doing the necessary preparations. those preparation will deifinitely serve as a stepping stone to you reaching your goal.
